Booking Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. To keep things fair and magical for everyone, please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking your visit to The Bubbling Toad.
Individual Experiences
(Potion Class, The Maker’s Table & Little Sprites in the Hollow)
- More than 48 hours’ notice
You’re welcome to a full refund or a reschedule, free of charge. - 24 to 48 hours’ notice
We can offer a 50% refund, or reschedule your session with a £5 administration fee. - Less than 24 hours’ notice
Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within this window are non-refundable. We’ll do our best to reschedule if possible, but it’s not guaranteed.
Private Party Bookings
(Birthday parties, group celebrations, and exclusive hires)
- 14 days or more notice
You’re entitled to a full refund or a reschedule, free of charge. - 7 to 13 days’ notice
We can provide a 50% refund, or reschedule your event for a £10 administration fee. - Less than 7 days’ notice
We’re unable to offer a refund at this stage. We will do our best to accommodate a reschedule, but it cannot be guaranteed.
Illness & Emergencies
We appreciate that unexpected things happen. If you’re unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please get in touch as soon as you can. While our standard policy will apply, we’ll always do our best to be understanding and helpful.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Please email us at info@thebubblingtoad.com to request any changes to your booking. Bookings are not considered cancelled until we have confirmed in writing.
