No previous experience is needed. Each session is gently guided by our team, with plenty of support available throughout. Come along with a friend or arrive on your own, many of our guests do, and you’ll soon find yourself part of a friendly and encouraging community.

A calming and restorative experience in The Enchanted Hollow
A deeply calming experience designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind and encourage relaxation.
This immersive 60-minute Sound Bath uses the healing vibrations of gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls and sacred Solfeggio frequencies to help release tension, restore balance and create a sense of calm and grounding.
Led by experienced sound therapist Danielle from Resonate8, the session takes place beneath the gentle glow of twinkling lights in The Enchanted Hollow, providing a peaceful environment to relax, reconnect and recharge.
The experience concludes in The Lunar Library, with time for quiet reflection using oracle cards and the opportunity to enjoy a warm, grounding herbal tea.
